IF YOU'RE ALREADY IN TENERIFE, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO CALL US (9am to 7pm) OR SEND US A MESSAGE THROUGH OUR FACEBOOK PAGE. IF YOU CALL OR SEND AN AFTER-HOURS MESSAGE, WE'LL GET BACK TO YOU AS SOON AS WE'RE OPEN.

When booking your horseback ride, we need to know the following information: How many people want to ride and whether they are adults or children (children's age is required and the minimum age is 4 years).Try to book as far in advance as possible to ensure the day and time you want, as reservations are very quick and first-come, first-served guests stay.

What is everyone's riding level?

​

BEGINNERS - riders approaching for the first time, nervous, or people who haven't ridden in a long time and who want to get back in the saddle or just want to walk on the horse.

 

INTERMEDIATE - Riders who are 100% safe only in Walking and Trotting, who do not hold on to the saddle while trotting, who have good balance and control of the horse when outdoors on a walk, who have taken ascending trotting lessons and who ride regularly.

ADVANCED - Riders with experience on horseback, able to control the horse at pace, trotting and singing, must be regular riders and have ridden outside the arena.
We ride with English saddles and not with Western saddles.

​

We do not mix riding levels, so please be honest about your experience, as we have other riders on the trek and it is not fair to them if it turns out that you are not at the level you declared, we do not take beginners or people who only know how to trot on expert treks, if we have a group or pair who have mixed riding skills, then we usually ride at the level of the less experienced rider, as there may be others on the same trek, unless you want to book the private trek, at a small additional cost, where the more experienced rider can stay, where appropriate, to trot or singlet to join us;

 

If you wish to book the private trek, you must let us know at the time of booking. Please note that riding once does not make you an experienced rider.

 

Height and weight of all riders, so you know which horse to prepare for you, as we have a weight limit of 104 kg or 231 lbs.

On which day we go out trekking: every day except Monday, when we are closed, at 10.00 and then again at 16.00 (we are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day).

​

How long do you want to ride, we have 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours.
If you have any health problems/doctors we need to know, you must be reasonably fit to ride a horse.

Avoid showing up while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
​

A cell phone number is useful in case you need to reschedule in bad weather (which doesn't happen very often).

​

You can book your horseback ride by email, through our Facebook page, or by calling us directly at 0034646857024 (only between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm), or by sending us a message via whats app (text messages can be expensive).

As soon as we confirmed the trek, all we ask is the payment of a deposit of 15 euros per person, which will guarantee your reservation and we know that it is also a guaranteed reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. We recommend that you pay the deposit as soon as we have confirmed the trek, as bookings arrive continuously and it is a base “first come, first served”; if you are paying later than the confirmation email, please contact us to ensure that we still have availability; it is advisable to inquire before paying the deposit, as we cannot guarantee that we have availability.

 

If for any reason you have to cancel, or some people could not come, please let us know as soon as possible.

We accept all online payments through our Paypal account, safe and secure. You can pay by credit card, debit card or your Paypal account, if you have one. NB: If you don't have a PayPal account, when you pay with your card, it will ask you to create an account, don't be scared, you don't have to open a PayPal account, just provide an email address with a password and you will proceed with the payment, it's just a way for PayPal to try to get more customers.
